Since 1983, Hartman and its affiliates have sponsored 27 private and public investment programs. Our sponsor acquires office, retail, industrial and warehouse assets located in key Texas markets: Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. We believe that certain Texas attributes attract the number and type of quality corporate tenants Hartman seeks, which drives the need for properties that meet the objectives of Hartman’s programs.1

Hartman targets properties with the following attributes:

  • Located in high traffic areas
  • Adequate parking
  • Strong curb appeal
  • Occupancy rates of at least 50%
  • Diversified tenant mix or a credit worthy single tenant
  • Acquisition opportunities within the growing suburban backdrop
