Hartman announced the appointment of Gian Craparo as Sales Director for the central region. He and an internal sales partner will be responsible for building advisor relationships in the following states: MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, WI, IL, MS, MI and IN.
“We are pleased to welcome Gian to our team and look forward to his leadership in the central region to help us achieve our goals,” said Al Hartman.
Gian added, “I am excited about the opportunity to expand on advisor relationships across the central United States.”
Prior to joining Hartman, Gian served as the Vice President of Sales for Resource Real Estate and Resource Securities, a sponsor of alternative investments, such as non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate- and credit-based mutual funds. Before joining Resource, Gian was a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch.
Gian earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration, with dual concentrations in finance and real estate from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. He and his wife currently reside in Chicago, Illinois. Gian holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
