Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc., which we refer to as “Hartman” or our “sponsor”, was formed as a Texas corporation on March 9, 2009. Our sponsor is controlled by Mr. Hartman, our chief executive officer and chairman of the board. Our sponsor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hartman Income REIT, Inc., of which Mr. Hartman owns approximately 15% of the voting equity interests.
Since 1983, Hartman has sponsored 23 real estate programs (three publicly-offered and twenty privately offered) and acquired more than 90 commercial real estate properties representing nearly $735 million in transactional value, with each of those properties being acquired subject to our value-add, Hartman Advantage investment strategy.

*The twenty-three (23) programs over thirty-four (34) years include: (i) Sixteen (16) private programs which have gone full cycle; (ii) Hartman XIX, a private program, closed to investors and currently operational; (iii) Hartman Commercial Properties REIT, a public program which went full cycle in 2012 and was under the sponsorship and control of Mr. Hartman from 1999 to 2006; (iv) Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc., a public non-traded REIT closed to investors and currently operational; (v) Hartman 3100 Weslayan, a private tenant-in-common program, closed to investors and currently operational; (vi) Two (2) Delaware Statutory Trusts, one of which is closed to new investments; and (vii) Hartman vREIT XXI, Inc. a public non-traded REIT effective as of June 24, 2016. In the past ten (10) years, our sponsor has organized one (1) other public program and eight (8) private programs which have similar investment objectives to this offering currently open to investors.
