The Hartman Companies (“Hartman”), a vertically-integrated group of real estate companies, announced it has partnered with WealthForge, to bring on its platform Altigo, an electronic trade processing platform designed to improve the investment experience by connecting all entities that contribute to a successful transaction.
Through this strategic partnership, broker-dealers and registered investment advisors will be allowed to place trades for their client’s investments all through Altigo’s streamlined, online, digital platform. The Hartman platform, which includes Hartman vREIT XXI, Inc. and other funds, are now available through Altigo.
“It is by partnering with WealthForge and utilizing their processing platform, that we are making it that much easier for our broker-dealer and RIA partners to invest with us. Its quick processing investment cycle time, and error mitigation rates create the best investment experience the industry can offer” said Al Hartman, President and CEO.
The new partnership will also provide Hartman with greater access to a broader array of financial advisors, an important feature critical in a time where the alternative investment space is growing quickly.
“We wanted to provide a simplified subscription process for RIA’s and family offices to do business with us and Altigo has supplied us a thoughtfully developed process to meet the unique needs of our investors” shared Keith Roddy, Hartman’s President of Capital Markets.
