Houston, TX – Hartman Retail II, DST. (HRII), a Delaware Statutory Trust, announced today that it purchased Mission Bend Shopping Center in Houston, Texas for $15,070,000.

MISSION BEND SHOPPING CENTER is a 140,576 SF, commercial retail shopping center located at 6806 Highway 6 in Houston. The property sits on 10.9203 acres of land. Mission Bend Shopping Center was built in 1984 and improved through 2008.

The property is approximately 98% leased to a diverse mix of tenants including dd’s Discounts, Melrose Family Fashions, and Harbor Freight.

George Cushing and Wendy Vandeventer with JLL represented the seller in the transaction. Dave Wheeler, Julian Kwok, CCIM and Russell Turman represented the buyer, Hartman Retail II DST.
