The Hartman Companies (“Hartman”), a vertically-integrated group of real estate companies, announced it has partnered with the Alternative Investment Exchange (AIX), a digital platform built to improve the process for investing in alternatives.
Through this strategic partnership, financial advisors will be allowed to place trades for their client’s investments all through a seamless, online, digital portal. The Hartman platform, which includes Hartman vREIT XXI, Inc. and other funds, are now available through AIX.
“We are thrilled to partner with AIX,” said Keith Roddy, Hartman’s President of Capital Markets. “By partnering with AIX and utilizing their straight-through processing platform, we are streamlining the order process, making doing business with Hartman easier, and reducing time spent on paperwork and eliminating processing errors.”
The new partnership will also provide Hartman with greater access to a broader array of financial advisors, as CEO and President, Al Hartman explains. “We wanted to provide a simplified process for RIA’s and family offices to do business with us. AIX has given us the digital platform we needed to grow those relationships.”
